Day by day
Day 1: the trail into the canyon
Out of Ibicoara across rocky grassland, then a steep descent to the river bed. River crossings and a walk up the canyon. Camp near the falls.
Day 2: Fumacinha, and back
The last stretch to the base of Fumacinha, a 100 m fall inside a canyon only 5 m wide. A cold swim, then back the same way.
